Tapestry is Total Environment's first community in the United States - 62 custom homes in Frisco, Texas, built with the same obsessive attention to craft and nature that has defined us since 1996. Every material is chosen with intention. Every space is designed around how you actually live.
Our Homes
Every Tapestry residence is fully custom. Our three home types are a starting point - we design each around the buyer, their family, and their lifestyle. The plan adapts to you from the outset, thoughtfully minimizing the need for future change. Standard features include hand-laid brick, natural marble countertops, expansive sliding glass doors, rich wood detailing, and geothermal heating and cooling paired with solar.

The Community
Tapestry is designed as a true neighborhood, not a subdivision. Walking trails, ponds, native landscaping, and shared green spaces weave between the homes, creating a community that invites connection.
Hike and bike trails winding through native landscaping
Ponds and water bodies creating natural focal points throughout
A community clubhouse with pool and gym
Designed to foster genuine neighborhood connections
Location
Frisco is one of the fastest-growing cities in America for a reason. Top-rated schools, world-class dining and entertainment, and easy access to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Tapestry is on Independence Parkway between Rolater and Main, putting you at the center of it all while feeling a world apart.
What Our Homeowners Say
of Total Environment homeowners since 1996 still own their homes today - a reflection of homes designed for life.
I have been blessed to live in the finest residences all over the world, but none can compare in the quality, service, and genuine kindness and interest in the welfare of your guests living here. I am so grateful for the 4 years I had here in my Indian Windmills home. I will miss it so very much, my "fortress of solitude." Please pass on my sentiment to Mr. and Mrs. Sagar - they have created a great gift for those lucky enough to have this wonderful place as their home.
Today I run the largest fund in the real estate industry and it's largely due to Total Environment. You have to take passion to a completely different level to see an idea through. That kind of passion is completely unheard of in this industry. The second thing is honesty of purpose - in the long run that's what pays off. And the third thing I learnt from Total Environment is perseverance. I want the entire leadership team to know that I am Total Environment's biggest fan.
How do beautiful things help us and influence us? Living in a Total Environment home for the last 8 years has made me realise how a pleasing line here, a green wall there, a riot of bougainvillea, the mist covered morning walk, brings joy. I am forever thankful for the beautiful community and home that we have here, especially when entering the gates after a rough day in the city. Thank you for creating a beautiful oasis for us to head home to every day.
My Mom came over from Delhi for her first visit to our home. She stepped into the apartment, entered the living area and her jaw almost dropped to the floor. She took a couple of steps further, saw the terrace and made a beeline for it. She sat there for the next 30 minutes looking all around her and throughout this time said only half a sentence - "I cannot imagine..." The rest of her visit she would keep repeating "this is a dream house."
I feel blessed every time I step into my home and it's a surreal and therapeutic experience of waking up every morning to a green cover. If ever you feel disillusioned or develop a sense of doubt about the business you're in, know full well that you have an ardent fan of your work and ethics, who is forever grateful for the spaces you create.
The Total Environment Difference

Good design isn't only about how something looks - it's about how it makes you feel. We start every home from first principles: authentic, simple, people-centered. No gimmicks, no trends. Every element exists for a reason, every detail is considered, and the result is a home that brings a sense of complete calm to the heart and mind. We hold ourselves to 7 principles of good design - authentic, aesthetic, simple, people-centered, functional, reliable, and sustainable - and we don't compromise on any of them.

We put a garden at the heart of every home we build. Often more than one. Large glass panels blur the line between inside and out, and nearly every room opens to greenery. Our green roofs bring back the natural ground cover that was there before we started building - native grasses and plants that insulate, absorb rainwater, and look better with each passing season. We want our homes to feel like they belong where they are, and to age gracefully with time.

We work with warm, natural materials - clay brick, stone floors, wood fenestration - materials with character that get better with time. Our exposed brick exteriors develop a unique patina over the years, require no painting, and need minimal maintenance. The hollow bricks reduce heat transmission and enhance sound insulation. Combined with natural stone flooring and handcrafted wood detailing, every surface has texture and warmth. We think the nicest thing about our homes is that they become more beautiful as they grow older.

Every piece of furniture and cabinetry is designed for your specific home and built in our own factory by artisans who've worked with us for decades. We want to know how you live - where you keep your books, how you cook, what you collect - so we can design everything to work perfectly for your family. The position of every electrical point, every window, every door is considered. No off-the-shelf anything. You don't have to fit in. We design around you.

Early on, we realized that meeting our own quality standards meant building expertise in every part of the home. So we created in-house capabilities for structures, masonry, electrical, metalwork, doors, windows, furniture, and landscaping. We inspect every home across 1,048 items at 5 stages before handover. It's a combination of craftsmanship and technology that helps us get it right the first time, every time.

Like all good products, homes need support after handover. Our Property Management team provides service for life - handling maintenance, repairs, and everything in between. It also keeps us learning, improving, and staying connected with our homeowners long after they move in. We invest just as much into these relationships as we do into our properties.

We operate with complete transparency. No hidden costs, no surprise upgrades. What we quote is what you pay. We involve you in every step - from design to materials to finishes - because we believe in building bonds as much as we love building homes. Being straightforward has earned us something rare: 83% of our original buyers still live in their homes. We'd like to earn your trust before we earn anything else.
